purchased for hospital accommodation (semi-private), medical services, and
prescription drugs or medications (reimbursed at 80% of the costs incurred or
100% when the patient is hospitalized). |
 | Maternity Benefit (with purchase of family coverage): If a
pregnancy commences after the start date of your policy, 80% of the medical
costs for the insured mother will be covered (up to a maximum of $25,000).

 | Eye Examination: One routine, annual eye examination by a licensed
optometrist. |
 | Accidental Dental: Up to $1,000 for treatment or services to whole
or sound natural teeth damaged by an accidental blow to the face. |

procedures or necessary extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. |
 | Accidental Death & Dismemberment: Up to $10,000 for accidental loss
of life, limb or sight. |
To be eligible, you must be enrolled in at least 60% of the required courses for
a specific program at a Canadian school, college, university or accredited
educational institution. You must also be a temporary resident of Canada without
any government health care coverage. If you have a spouse or children living
with you, they can also be insured under your policy.
